barns

All this week I'll be posting about our trip to Idaho, but I had to start with 

 the lovely barns we saw on the way.

wittle toothy

little maisy mouse lost her first tooth on tuesday the 21st of june.

she was so proud, excited and scared to have a loose tooth. It went from a little loose to falling out in 2 days. I asked her if she had been playing with it.. she said yes! all of the time!

the noodle horse

me: mae it's time for breakfast

mae: I'm coming

me: mae please come down to eat

me: mae I don't want to ask again..

mae: I coming mama

(hearing her going down the stairs 10 minutes later)

first the sock appears, then her and the reigns..

I asked her why her horse has socks on the ends, she said because she doesn't want the ants to come out. (pretend ants)

exactly what happened

The girls asked to play in the car. After they got the okay from me they ran out to the garage with their stereo and stuffed animals in hand. About 20 minutes later I thought I should go check on them.. you know make sure they have enough air. I went outside to a closed garage door, opened it to find a completely closed car, I started to open the hatch back (thinking they were pretending to drive in the front seats) and this is what I discovered.

 the toy of choice this weekend was stuffed animals and animals and animals

 oh and of course cable TV... the kids second favorite thing about palm desert

this pile is just mae's. 

thankfully chloe made a list of each stuffed animal they brought to not leave anyone behind.
