Monday blues

Mae has a stomach bug and Chloe has the boredom bug.

The other day Kevin and I were sitting at the table with Anne talking, not paying much attention to Mae drawing quietly. I happened to look over at her and I caught this beautiful moment. She was creating this patterned pathway. I noticed her counting and figuring out what color she wanted to go next. It was awesome. I had such a surge of love for her. I had to capture it. The first picture is proud, shy and then really proud!

JPL hike

this weekend we went on a hike behind JPL with Jennifer,Chris, Anais and Warren. I love watching them have so much fun in nature. They made mud volcanoes and kingdoms. We'll have to go back soon. Lovely day!
