Feeling a little like fall in the air made me want to go apple picking... but apples aren't ready until January here, so next best thing... peaches! I found an organic peach farm in Lake Hughes so we took a drive out there this weekend with some friends to get us some peaches. I have big plans for the $52 worth of peaches we bought. Jam, canned peaches, cobblers and crisps.. yummy!
We JUST got back from apple picking! What fun! I can't wait to see (maybe taste) what you make! Save me a tiny jar of jam, if you make it that is...
